PENGARUH LITERASI DIGITAL, LITERASI KEUANGAN, SOSIAL INFLUENCE, DAN FACILITATING CONDITIONS TERHADAP CASHLESS TRANSACTION UMKM BANYUWANGI

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy, financial literacy, social influence, and facilitating conditions on cashless transactions among MSMEs in Banyuwangi Regency. The data used were primary data collected through questionnaires from 162 respondents. The data analysis method in this

study employed multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 31. The results indicate that digital literacy does not have a significant effect on cashless transactions, whereas financial literacy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have positive and significant effects. Collectively, all independent variables exhibit a significant effect on cashless transactions. These findings demonstrate that the adoption of digital payments by MSMEs in Banyuwangi is more influenced by financial management skills, social influence, and facilitating conditions than by digital literacy alone. The research results are expected to serve as input for the local government in strengthening the digitalization of MSMEs, through improvements in financial literacy, social support, and supporting facilities.
