This research is motivated by suboptimal employee performance, which is influenced by several factors such as ineffective teamwork, high workload, and low levels of employee engagement in an effort to improve the achievement of organizational targets. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of teamwork, workload and employee engagement on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bangka. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The number of respondents in this study was 52 people, which was determined using the saturated sample method. The analysis model used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that teamwork and employee engagement partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bangka. The results of simultaneous testing also show that teamwork, workload, and employee engagement together have a significant effect on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Bangka. Therefore, the company needs to improve teamwork and employee engagement and manage workload effectively to improve employee performance and achieve organizational targets.
