This study aims to analyze the risk profile of the Sidokepung village government, assess the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) principles based on the COSO framework, and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in village governance practices. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques including in-depth interviews with the village head, a review of planning and financial accounting documents, and operational service observations. The data were analyzed thematically, focusing on governance components, culture, strategy, goal setting, performance, review and revision, information, communication, and reporting. The findings reveal that risk management practices in Sidokepung village are still informal and reactive, lacking written policies or a systematic risk register. The main identified risks include delays in reporting, budgeting errors, policy compliance risks, limited human resource capacity, and disruptions to the sustainability of public services. The study concludes that there is a need to develop a simplified enterprise risk management system to enhance transparency, accountability, and the sustainability of development programs at the village level.
