This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and price on consumer satisfaction at Aroma bakery in Langsa City. The sample in this study amounted to 90 respondents. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. The regression equation in this study is Y = 3.290 + 0.113X1 + 0.416X2 + 0.309X3. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Aroma bakery in Langsa City, where the sig value is obtained. 0.030 <0.05. Service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Aroma bakery in Langsa City, where the sig value is obtained. 0.022 <0.05. Price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Aroma bakery in Langsa City, where the sig value is obtained. 0.015 <0.05. Product quality, service quality and price simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Aroma bakery in Langsa City, where the F sig value is obtained. 0.031 <0.05. Based on the Adjusted R2 value, it is known that product quality, service quality and price affect consumer satisfaction at Aroma bakery in Langsa City by 50.2% while the remaining 49.8% is influenced by other variables outside this research model
