Still not maximal performance of employees in PT. Diamond Electric Mfg Indonesia. The formulation problem as whether leadership style and work culture influential on employee performance in PT. Diamond Electric Mfg Indonesia. Theresearch method used is quantitative research in the form of survey. The sample of research as many as 100 employees in PT. Diamond Electric Mfg Indonesia. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Data were analyzed using multiple regression test and partial hypothesis test using t test and simultaneously using F test. Result this research as: (1) There is a significant influence of leadership style on performance of employee, t count = 5,047 > t table = 1,661, so that H1 acepted,(2) There is a significant influence of work culture on performance of employee, t count = 2,161 > t table = 1,661, so that H2 accepted, (3) There is a significant influence of leadership style and work culture of simultanly on performance of employee, with the regression line for Yˆ = 18.232 + 0,330 X1+ 0,167 X2 F count = 25,291 > F table = 3.0901, so that H3 accepted. Conclusion this research as there is influence significant of leadership style and work culture on employee performance in PT. Diamond Electric Mfg Indonesia.
