Result this research as: (1) There is a significant influence of leadership style on performance of employee, t count = 5,047 > t table = 1,661, so that H1 acepted,(2) There is a significant influence of work culture on performance of employee, t count = 2,161 > t table = 1,661, so that H2 accepted, (3) There is a significant influence of leadership style and work culture of simultanly on performance of employee, with the regression line for Yˆ = 18.232 + 0,330 X1+ 0,167 X2 F count = 25,291 > F table = 3.0901, so that H3 accepted.
