The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. ABC, located at Cikarang Selatan, Bekasi, West Java. The sample size was determined using a Slovin formula, with a sample of 60 attendees. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to 60 employees of PT. ABC, measuring responses using a Likert scale. Data analysis included validation tests, reliability tests, normality tests, heteroskedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial tests (t-tests), simultaneous tests (F-tests), and determination of coefficient tests. Data processing was conducted using SPSS software version 22. The results indicate that, partially, the work environment significantly and positively influences employee performance, while work discipline does not affect employee performance. Simultaneously, both work environment and work discipline influence employee performance. From the determination test, work environment and work discipline influence employe performance as much as 53,8% and 46,2% influence by others factor.
