The Implementation of Mudharabah Contract on Sharia Banking Management Information System (Case Study of Sharia E-Banking)

This research examines the application of the Mudharabah contract in the Management Information System (MIS) of Islamic e-banking. The Mudharabah contract is a partnership between the capital owner (shahibul maal) and the capital manager (mudharib) with profit sharing according to the agreement. This research is motivated by the development of digital technology that has penetrated the Islamic banking sector, thus creating the need to integrate sharia principles with advances in information technology, particularly e-banking. The method used in this research is a literature study by examining secondary sources such as previous research, journals, websites, and relevant books. The purpose of this research is to determine the application of the Mudharabah contract in the Management Information System of Islamic banking, particularly Islamic e-banking. The results of the study show that the Mudharabah contract is applied in Islamic banking products such as Mudharabah savings, Mudharabah deposits, Mudharabah financing, Mudharabah Muthlaqah, and Mudharabah Muqayyadah. In the context of Islamic e-banking, these products can be accessed and managed digitally through banking applications. The implementation of the Mudharabah contract in Islamic e-banking provides convenience for customers in conducting transactions while ensuring compliance with Islamic sharia principles.
