Meanwhile, employee engagement includes active interaction in work and organizational decision-making. In transformational leadership, leaders create a work environment that allows employees to feel engaged, valued, and motivated. High employee engagement brings great benefits to the organization, including increased productivity and work quality. In the context of transformational leadership, the main goal is to create a work environment that allows employees to feel engaged, valued, and motivated to make maximum contributions. Transformational leaders drive the vision and motivate employees to achieve it, while paying attention to individual development needs. Transformational leadership criteria include idealistic influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized attention. Therefore, the implementation of transformational leadership can be an effective strategy in increasing employee engagement and achieving optimal organizational goals. The type of research used is a qualitative approach by conducting a literature review study, which involves theoretical analysis, references, and other scientific studies related to the culture, values, and norms that apply in the social context under study.
